My career has centered on making business operations work better: simplifying financial reporting, building dashboards and scorecards, and turning tedious manual processes into more useful ways of working.
Today, my work focuses on AI enablement and hands-on automation: experimenting with emerging capabilities, building practical workflows, and helping people develop the confidence to use them. I bring the perspective of someone who understands both the business question and the work involved in building a solution.
My background spans financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, and supporting senior leaders inside a large, multinational enterprise. Through CelerisIQ, I’m interested in making that practical experience useful to organizations and teams with different needs and resources.

What’s the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot typically responds to your questions. An agent can also work through a sequence of steps using tools, within the access and boundaries you give it. We can explore where that is useful and where your review should stay part of the process.
Where could AI actually help my business?
Start with work you repeat: assembling a weekly report, organizing incoming documents, or preparing follow-ups. Together, we can identify a manageable first workflow and decide what a useful result would look like.
Can agents connect to the tools we already use?
Often, yes, depending on the tools and their available integrations. We can explore connections to email, spreadsheets, and other business systems. MCP is one standard for connecting AI applications to tools and information; permissions and safeguards still matter.
What are skills, and how do I get started?
Skills are reusable instructions that help an agent approach a task consistently. Start with one clear job, trusted information, and an approval point before important actions. The goal is a workflow you understand and can supervise, not a black box.
